BriAnne brings more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a career spanning assisted living marketing, title work, full-time real estate sales, and the founding and operation of her own brokerage. For more than two decades, she has guided families through an ever-changing real estate landscape with clarity, care, and confidence.
While her roots are firmly planted in Idaho’s Gem State, BriAnne, a 3rd generation Idahoian, has worked across five western states in a wide range of real estate roles, providing her with a firsthand understanding of both the logistics and emotional considerations involved in major life transitions. Her experience includes navigating larger markets such as Los Angeles, Scottsdale, Salt Lake City, and Portland, giving her a valuable perspective on what clients can expect when moving between markets of varying scale and complexity.
Having raised her own family through these transitions, BriAnne prioritizes creating a seamless, well-managed, and low-stress experience for every client. She genuinely enjoys building relationships with both longtime locals and those relocating to the area, approaching each transaction with the diligence of a seasoned broker and the warmth of a trusted advisor.
Outside of real estate, BriAnne enjoys exploring the Boise Foothills with her family and her two dogs, Lulu and Kimber, or cheering on local high school basketball, volleyball, and football teams. Whether clients are searching for a first home or a mountain retreat, BriAnne is committed to helping them achieve their goals with professionalism, insight, and care. Greg
In his fifth year of commercial real estate, Greg joined Picard Realty, partnering with his wife, BriAnne, the firm’s broker, to align complementary expertise and shared values under one brokerage. Together, they bring more than 30 years of combined real estate experience. Greg contributes a strong entrepreneurial foundation to the firm following a highly accomplished 15-year career in the film industry, where he operated as a sole proprietor beginning in 2008.
A Boise native, and multi-generational Idahoian, Greg returned to the Treasure Valley in 2013 after living and working in Phoenix, Los Angeles, Portland, and Salt Lake City, while contributing to international film projects spanning from Kenya to Kathmandu. Having traveled to more than 26 countries, he brings a global perspective paired with hands-on business ownership that informs his disciplined, solutions-oriented approach to commercial real estate.
After nearly two decades of worldwide travel, Greg transitioned into commercial real estate with a dedicated focus on the Boise and greater Treasure Valley markets. Raised in both Boise and Idaho Falls, he maintains deep roots across the state and values the strong community connections that define Idaho.
Greg is known for his keen eye for value, meticulous attention to detail, and direct, open communication style. His no-nonsense approach—combined with consistent follow-up and follow-through—ensures clients receive clear guidance and decisive execution. With patience, unbiased analysis, and steady perseverance, Greg advocates relentlessly for his clients’ objectives.
Greg earned his CCIM designation in his third year of commercial real estate and is currently a Member Associate of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, actively working toward the SIOR designation. He has completed more than $37 million in transaction volume and brings integrity, discipline, and determination to every client engagement and investment he represents.
